Note:
Cabin Rental Contract
- must be signed and returned
within seven days of booking
to Moose Lodge Cabin
Rentals, LLC.
Payment Requirements
- Balance must be paid
in full 14 days prior to
check-in date. We accept
cash, MasterCard, Visa,
or check (must be
received no later than
14 das prior to your
arrival date; $35.00
service charge on
returned checks).
- $250.00 security deposit at
check- in will be authorized
to agent by credit card (MasterCard
and Visa). Security deposit
will be refunded within a
7
day period after departure,
providing all provisions on
rental agreement are met.
- Cleaning fee with
taxes will be added,
based on number of
guests.
Guests agree and understand
that when guests authorize
and give agents their credit
card information a
reservation has been made
and will govern any
cancellation, rescheduling
policies of Moose Lodge
Cabin Rentals, LLC.
Cancellation Policy
- Must notify in writing to
Moose Lodge Cabin Rentals,
LLC by fax,
email, or
certified mail for any
cancellations.
- 30 or more days, full
refund minus $35.00
cancellation fee.
- Between 14 and 30 days
notice prior to date of
arrival, a full refund minus
$125.00 cancellation fee.
- Between 14 and 7 days
notice prior to date of
arrival, a full refund minus
$250.000 cancellation fee.
- Between 7 days prior and
the date of arrival, the
guest will be responsible
for the entire rental amount
due to cancellation notice
or a no show.
This policy is constructed
around the fact that each
cabin listed on our site is
privately owned and the
hardships that could occur
on the owners.
Pet Friendly?
- Some designated cabins are
“pet friendly.”
- Registration fee of $25.00.
Have a Change in your
Reservation?
- With a notice of 30 days or
more, we would be more than
happy to try to meet your
needs on rescheduling. There
will be a $25.00
administration fee due to
time involved if more than
one request.
What do I bring?
- Just bring yourself, your
clothes and personal
toiletries. Pick up some
food in town and you will be
ready to experience an
enjoyable get-away with
something to do for
everyone. The North Georgia
mountains have endless
opportunities for relaxation,
hiking, shopping, fishing,
golfing and much more. We
